Grounds & Location
Sunset Inn & Cabanas is located in the serene, residential district of Treasure Island. Our grounds include a private courtyard with an outdoor pool and seating, a check-in shop with a fridge full of cold drinks and ice pops, and Mid Century roadside motel guest rooms along with day rate cabanas for rent. Our namesake, Sunset Beach, is directly in front of us, just steps away, and offers the absolute best views!
Room Offerings
Amenities in our rooms vary depending on which style stay you've reserved. All rooms and cabanas are equipped with high speed fiber internet, a mini fridge, a Keurig, and a microwave. We have fluffy towels and beach chairs available for guest use. Each room rental offers one onsite parking spot, newly renovated private bathrooms with showers and Beekman 1802 products as well as daily housekeeping service.

In 2026, we unveiled our new concept post hurricane renovation: an in ground pool and day pass cabana rentals! Dive into the heart of the action at our vibrant pool deck—where every day feels like a vacation. Reserve them directly on our website by clicking BOOK NOW.
Our pool is just steps away from the Sunset Beach shoreline and is the perfect home base for your Treasure Island adventure! Parking is available in an adjacent paid lot.
Pet Policy
Due to the new pool concept, we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.
There are many other pet friendly options in the area if you are traveling with your fur baby.
